That's right, for the 4th consecutive year the World of Outlaws Late Model Series will travel down to Bubba Raceway Park. The 3/8 mile track has been difficult to master as only 3 drivers have won the previous 5 races- Darrell Lanigan won the 2010 and 2011 shows as well as the 2012 opener. Josh Richards and Rick Eckert won the Friday and Saturday shows last year meaning the last 3 champions have all won at the track older than Daytona International Sppedway. Lanigan actually holds the track qualifying record after he ran a 13.938 (96.86 MPH) last season and he'll hope to start 2013 off just as he ended 2012- with a trophy and a big check in his hands.
The World of Outlaws will race Friday, Saturday, and Sunday- the Sunday race paying $20,000 to win, the biggest purse of Winter Nationals. Our very own Hobby Stock division will join them just Friday and Saturday as officials are predicting over 100 cars for Sunday's Main Event. It's gonna be wild and you won't want to miss the fastest Late Models on the planet- it's the World of Outlaws Late Models at Bubba Raceway Park!
